This blackberry spiced rum cocktail is the perfect drink for large parties and it’s super easy to make. It takes about 20 minutes to put together because of all the blackberry muddling and lemon squeezing, and another 5 minutes to wash and prep the fruit. But since you can make it hours, even days in advance, this recipe will make your life easier as the party time nears. Oh, and it’s frickin’ amazing. You’ll seriously love it!

Blackberry Spiced Rum Cocktail (serves about 12)
1 bottle of spiced rum
1 large container of cranberry pomegranate juice (more depending on how strong you like your drinks)
1 cup brandy
1 cup Chambord
1 cup orange juice
3 lemons
2 large packages blackberries
½ cup sugar
